Part I: Getting Started with QuickBooks

During this hands-on session, participants will learn the basics of how to navigate the QuickBooks platform and perform certain tasks, such as:

• Setting up a company file
• Customizing the interface
• Adding customers, vendors, and accounts
• And more!

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

Part II: Everyday Transactions & Reporting

Presented by Melissa Gilbert

Building upon concepts from the first session, participants will learn the following:

• Creating & sending invoices
• Recording customer payments
• Paying bills
• Connecting a bank account
• Running reports
• And more!

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

Other Important Information

• Computers will not be provided. We ask that participants bring their own laptops and power cords.
• Attendees should have QuickBooks installed or access to a trial version before starting.
• Advanced QuickBooks sessions coming March 2026 - stay tuned!
