The Jay-Livermore-Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce is hosting our 17th annual golf tournament to raise funds for 4 $1000 scholarships to Spruce Mountain High School Seniors furthering their education and 1 $1000 scholarship to an Adult Ed Grad.

The tournament will be held on Monday June 17th, 2024 at Turner Highlands

Format for the tournament includes:

18 Holes of Golf Scramble Format
8:00 am Registration 9:00 am Shotgun Start
Golf Carts Included Banquet / Raffle

Tournament Prizes

Items to be awarded for 1^st and 2^nd Place for Low Gross/Net,

Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive also other Fun Prizes

Teams

**$400.00 - Four Person Team, 2 Golf Carts, Greens Fees, Lunch, 4 strings, 4 mulligans PLUS 50/50 & raffle tickets

**$125.00 - 1 Person Team, to be joined together with others to make a complete team. Includes 2 Golf Carts, Greens Fees, lunch PLUS 4 strings and 4 mulligans 50/50 & Raffle

Team registration is on a first come first serve basis. Your payment and registration form will guarantee your place in the event. Teams are encouraged to be registered and paid by June 1st (NO PAY, NO PLAY)
