• ·          Jim Cohen of Maine Affordable Energy will be presenting to the Chamber on a ballot question proposing to create a state government authority to take over and operate Central Maine Power and Versant Power.
• ·          Jim is a partner with the law firm Verrill Dana, LLP where he has been practicing energy law for over 30 years.  Jim is also a former Mayor of Portland and is the immediate past president of the Portland Community Chamber of Commerce.
